We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

We offer refunds for eligible items that meet the return criteria mentioned above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that earrings are non-refundable. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on earrings. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

4. Exchanges:
As per our policy, we do not offer exchanges on any items, including earrings. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

d. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@elitejewelsny.com, providing details and any relevant photographs. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

7. Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and in case of a return, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund accordingly.
